Guide Note: Zelda II: The Adventure of Link is an action-adventure/role-playing game for the NES developed and published by Nintendo. It is the sequel to The Legend of Zelda and turned the series on its head by changing many of the expected conventions. It is also the last Zelda game to appear on the NES.
