Guide Note: The Corrs are an Category:Celtic Category:Pop band of four siblings from Dundalk Ireland. They are comprised of brother Jim and sisters Andrea, Caroline and Sharon. Their career launched when they auditioned for the film "The Commitments. They came to know international fame after their performance at the 1996 Summer Olympics. They are active participants in many philantropic activities including The Prince's Trust in 2004 and Live 8 along with Bono. The Corrs are currently on hiatus as Jim, Caroline and Sharon are raising families but Andrea is is pursuing a solo career.
