Guide Note: String Cheese is a generic term for
a mild, firm, slightly tangy cheese which "strings" when heated, and can easily be pulled apart and shredded by hand. The cheese forms strings because of the way it is pulled during processing. Common varieties are Queso Oaxaca, Armenian String Cheese, and Mozzarella.
