Starsailor, which was made up of four nineteen year old music students, made their first single in 2001, which sold over a million copies.4

In September of 2001, Starsailor produced their debut album and also went on tour in Europe. In 2002, they made their second album, which was released in America.3 Starsailor produced their fourth album, which will be released in March of 2009, along with having a new record label.7
