Guide Note:Passover History encompasses the story of Passover which took place over 3,000 years ago. God sent a total of ten plagues unto Egypt with the tenth plague being the death of each firstborn child in Egypt. But if one was to mark their door with the blood of a lamb the angel of death would passover their home. The Jews did as Moses instructed and their families were spared. The Egyptians however did not and even the Pharaoh lost his first born child. After this the pharaoh released the Jews from their enslavement. The Jews traveled from Egypt to Israel which is known as the Exodus.
