Guide Note:Pad Thai is a Thai dish made with stir-fried rice noodles, eggs, chili sauce, garlic and sauce. It is served with combinations of the following: chicken, shrimp, tofu, bean sprouts, scallions, crushed peanuts, cilantro and/or a wedge of lime.
