[edit] Guide Note
Mafia 2 is the sequel to Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven and takes place in the 1940s in the fictional city of Empire City. The fictional city is inspired by New York City during the 1940s and 1950s. The game will be released on the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
In the game, you control the character, Vito. Vito has just returned home from World War II. Shortly after the return of Vito, he unites with fellow criminal and friend Joe Barbaro and once again begins living the way he had before the war.
