Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures is a game for the SNES. The game is based off of the highly-successful series of the same name, and was released on October 11, 1994. Since the character is a creation of George Lucas, it is only nature that the game uses the same engine and shares the same gameplay as the Star Wars games that came out around the same time period.

In Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures, the player takes Indy through the original three Indiana Jones films. The story goes through the films in the order they were released, with The Raiders of the Lost Ark coming first, The Temple of Doom following, and The Last Crusade falling after the previous two.
[edit] Gameplay
As Indiana Jones, players jump from area to area, fighting or avoiding enemies along the way. Players may opt to combat foes using Indy's whip, however, like other games, evaded enemies conserves health in the long run. Players are constantly assaulted by varying foes, depending on which adventure they are currently reenacting. For example, while playing through The Raiders of the Lost Ark levels, players fight Walter Donovan, whereas in The Temple of Doom, players will fight the cannibals of Pankot. There are a total of 28 levels and the game is single-player only.
