Giuseppe Verdi was the most famous operas composer of the nineteenth century. He was the author of some of the most popular compositions in the present, as Rigoletto, La Traviata and Il Trovatore. One of his most difficult stages was when he lost his wife and daughter. During these years he composed Don Carlos, Aida, Otello and Falstaff. In his later years, Verdi composed several works not operatic, as Requiem and the Te Deum.
