Guide Note: A Dog Trick is a trained action or behavior taught to the dog for amusement and entertainment purposes. Dog Tricks can be as simple as "shake hands", or involve complicated sequences of moves. They are generally just for fun, but can be done competitively as in Canine Freestyle Dancing, or Canine Disc. Basic Dog Obedience Training work should be started before you begin teaching Dog Tricks.
