Guide Note:Babes in Toyland were an alternative rock and punk rock band who were influential to many involved in the riot grrrl movement of the early 1990s. The band's first major label album Fontanelle was released in 1992, and featured a song titled "Bruise Violet", said to be an attack on singer-songwriter Courtney Love.
